"Beginning in December (2017) customers seated in long-haul international and transcontinental First or Business class and Premium Economy can enjoy a suite of advanced sleep offerings designed by Caspers award-winning engineering team. The Casper line of sleep products will include a mattress pad, duvet, pillow, day blanket, lumbar pillow, pajamas and slippers, with the exact offering varying based on the route.
How many and which products are offered will depend on route and class of service. See posts 46 and 63 for photos of the duvet and pillow, and pajamas.
Limited Casper products are available on these select routes in addition to traditional long-haul international and transcontinental routes:

AA Offers Casper Bedding & Pajamas / Pyjamas in First and Business (12/2017)
#79
Just had the full Casper deal on AA193 LAX-HKG. I think it's almost *too much* bedding, I could do without the lumbar pillow and thin blanket. But everything else was good and made the flight more comfortable. While the materials are still a bit rough/coarse, I found the duvet to be warm but not too warm, the mattress pad decent (could still feel the breaks in the seat but helped), pillow even good enough for side sleeping (but maybe too firm for back sleeping) and the slippers and PJs welcome.
While the PJs won't win any fashion awards, and the material not super soft, they were good enough and the pockets useful. I was not a fan of the elasticized cuffs at first, but later appreciated them as they kept the sleeves and pants legs from riding up. I found the S/M size to still be on the large side so it will be a baggy fit in general.
All-in-all, an improvement and I think better than what UA Polaris sounds like it's offering.

Flew LHR-LAX in J and finally got to try the new Casper bedding. Loved the new blankets. Kudos to AA for upping their passenger experience, especially in premium cabins.

I didn't mind the rough material on the duvet, but the pajama material is pretty awful. Ended up just wearing my own t-shirt on top because the top was so uncomfortable. Overall, seems like a pretty good partnership but the pajamas are a big step backwards.

you should be offered pajamas in the bedding kit on all legs. I believe the new Casper kit policy is that it includes pajamas in Flagship First on the 77W as well as in business on HKG, SYD, and AKL.
