"Beginning in December (2017) customers seated in long-haul international and transcontinental First or Business class and Premium Economy can enjoy a suite of advanced sleep offerings designed by Casper’s award-winning engineering team. The Casper line of sleep products will include a mattress pad, duvet, pillow, day blanket, lumbar pillow, pajamas and slippers, with the exact offering varying based on the route.
How many and which products are offered will depend on route and class of service. See posts 46 and 63 for photos of the duvet and pillow, and pajamas.
Limited Casper products are available on these select routes in addition to traditional long-haul international and transcontinental routes:

Thanks. On AA they refer to it as Business/First, and there’s no higher cabin.
This is our first long haul flight in business, do people usually change clothes or just wear somethiing comfortable? Us economy travelers usually just slump over in whatever we wore on the plane.

Wear whatever you're comfortable in for a long day flight. I rarely change into PJs in biz. I usually wear some comfortable flex jeans, then change into a t-shirt after takeoff. Sometimes I will change into shorts for longer PM flights, as the cabins can often be warmer than I like.

When I'm flying DFW-NRT/HKG/etc I always change into something comfortable (ie basketball shorts and a t-shirt) after the initial meal service and change back prior to landing. As said above tho, do what makes you comfortable.

I was flying Ft 125 DFW-HKG in J on July 15. The Casper bedding was nice but they did not hand out PJs. Did they stop that service?

AA does not call it Business/First. It's actually called Flagship Business. But we all just call it business.

Any recent experiences with whether or not they are actually handing out pajamas in business class on the LAX-HKG route? Flying this week and will bring my own if it seems they aren’t offering them anymore.
My parents recently flew lax-hkg and hkg-dfw in J and weren’t offered pajamas. But that could just be a one (two) off.

Be sure to ask the crew in your aisle for pajamas immediately upon boarding. There have been some reports that pajamas for Business Class are stored on the ground and offered only upon request, during the boarding process. Not sure if the reports are true or not. But I always make sure to ask when they come down the aisle offering newspapers, which is while boarding is still in progress.

Pajamas are actively handed out to/from HKG. Note: They run quite small. You also get upgraded bedding a mattress pad versus other AA routes. I didn't notice and marked difference in food quality though.
