Business Invoice through aa.com

I'm attempting to sort a booking for flights back to the USA this summer. My employer will reimburse me (not subject to tax) for the flights. However, my employer will require the full business name and their Tax ID on an official invoice. I recently did a dummy booking through aa.com and there didn't appear to be an option to add my employers name or Tax ID for the booking.
What is the best way to go about this through aa.com (if possible)? Failing that, will I need to do this over the phone? Lastly, if AA doesn't do this, are there any third-party OTAs (or reputable agents) that people could recommend for this?
