Since the passengers were evacuated from the plane, they will have to be rescreened before they can board again. An airline official said DuPage Airport does not have TSA facilities, so passengers will have to be bused back to O'Hare to go through security again.

I think I get in a car and drive at that point. Barely a 3.5 hours trip from Ohare. 3 hours max from Dupage airport

Agreed. How did they suddenly become dangerous at that point? Were there knives and guns on the runway for them to pick up prior to boarding a replacement flight?
