seat assignment on AA App versus boarding pass
 
I have a question for an early morning flight tomorrow, have checked in, went to look at changing seat assignment in case better one open, and when I look on AA.com or on the AA app, I have a different seat assignment than that which is listed on either the mobile boarding pass or printed boarding pass? This is on one leg of the flight, and I would actually prefer the one AA actually changed me to over the one listed on the boarding pass. Which one am I supposed to sit in?

The seat assignment in your app will update first and might take a little time before the BP refreshes, at least from my experience.

I have the same issue. The seat assignment on the app and aa.com agree. However, the printed BPs have different seats shown. When I went to aa.com to reprint the BPs there is a warning at the top of the page that the BP may have a different seat assignment than what is shown on the website and that the BP seat assignment is correct.
