Depending on the time of day, customers will be offered a continental breakfast or a boxed meal with a sandwich wrap, kettle chips and dessert. The menu also includes a vegetarian option and a fruit and cheese plate.

What if you request a Kosher Style Meal(Does not have to be Rabbinical supervised) will you get some Kosher style NY Dill Pickles, Corned Beef Sandwich,Bagel Chips and a NY Cheesecake For Breakfast a nice Bagel with Cream Cheese Lox, Dill Pickle and a New York Chesecake and of course potato salad with mustard.
A new SPML KSSML( Kosher Style Special Meal) from Katz's or 3rd Street Deli from NY and a Deli from San Francisco and from LA Factors or Junior's Deli.

The Press Release includes some pics - they don't look half bad! And happy to see that they'll be offering Chobani yogurt for breakfast, instead of that disgusting sugar bomb they offer in international Y:

Obviously AA is just copying Delta to try and avoid losing some economy passengers, but frankly, I think it's pathetic to ignore the MIA Transcon routes just because DL doesn't compete there. A bit of consistency would be nice, if we aren't going to get originality.
