Any one else having issues with aa.com this morning? I can log in but when I do a multi-city flight search it just spins for a few minutes and returns a try again alter error.......

With Chrome and Safari so I now it is not the browserr

I just used Firefox for TPA-DFW-LAX multicity on 2020-01-16 and it quickly spit back choices.

Jan 06 at 4:15pm (Eastern) cannot log in to website or app. Anyone else?

I can’t log on either. 4:20 PM eastern time. I also just received an email that AA erroneously credited more SWUs to my account, but, has since reversed it. I’m trying to log on to see if my balance is correct.

I received the same extra SWU email, and now I can't get into my account on the web. Nor on the app.

Same error as above.

I got the email about erroneous SWU posting, but I got all correct SWU's at the end of the year. So I logged in to double-check that nothing was taken away that I rightfully earned, and unfortunately the system is down. And I'm up for a SWU on Wednesday flight that hasn't cleared yet, and hopefully they didn't wipe out the SWU I would need to get that upgrade, especially since according to my calculations, nothing was amiss in my account to begin with.

Got the same email and like hjmanasa I wanted to check my balance too!
Both app and website fail at log in currently.

Me either. Same error message. Never got to see if anything extra was placed in my account. Was trying to book a flight.
