Travel Insurance Verification
I submitted several Trip Insurance Verification requests on aa.com for several flights 7 days ago. One international flight was cancelled, and two other flights I was re-booked on were delayed. I also submitted a request on behalf of my husband. I requested this information so that my insurance will have verification of the cancelled flight, and also what time our final flight landed (as some policies have benefited based on how many hours you were late).
Out of the several requests, the only response I got was verification that my original domestic portion of the final leg was canceled (the flight itself was not canceled, but of course my ticket was because my first flight had been canceled).
In the past, the letters have given specific flight numbers, cause of delay, etc. Although I filled in the form correctly with flight number and city, etc., their response only stated that my domestic leg had been canceled, no mention of the actual flight that had truly been canceled (the first, international leg).
I resubmitted the request several days ago, but have not heard back. Any advice is most appreciated!

I have been having the same problems with Chrome on my work computer. Had to use Edge. Thought it was just my computer. Try clearing aa.com cookies as that often causes issues in Chrome.

Not unusual for aa.com website maintenance to occur late Saturday night impacting some functionality.
