Is anyone else seeing their award miles showing as 0? The activity page is displaying the following error:

Unable to display some information

Our system is having trouble. Please check back later.

I made a reservation yesterday and put it on hold. Now all I see on the aa.com website is "You do not have any current reservations". There is now way to search for a reservation by PNR.

I can see the reservation on the app.

I need to make a change, so need to go through the website. I have been on hold waiting for the AA webservices line for over a half hour.

Any ideas?

Sign out of your account and then go back to "Your Trips/Check In" and enter PNR and name.

Thanks, but I have signed in and out several times. There seems to be no way to search for PNR. I've tried that.

Brilliant idea! That worked. I was able to cancel the flight and will make new reservations with the changed date.

A colleague at CLT can’t check their bag because all the computers are down at the counters, so assume it’s a systemwide outage.

Yes, trying to change seats and/or check in but get an error:

We are experiencing technical difficulties and are unable to display your reservation at this time.
Please try again.

Website and Android app, same thing.

AA systemwide issues due to Sabre outage - 29 Apr 2019 [now operational]

Can’t print at kiosk and mobile pass can’t be read at security right now. Have to get paper

Lol @ AA collecting extra first $ at kiosks if they can’t keep their systems up.

Looks like Sabre is down too, you can't load reservations on the AA website.
