The source is a Hungarian article which I won't bother you with, I did some cursory Googling to find a more or less matching article and yes, it's the foxnews one. <removed OT OMNI content>

Looks like Fern has had enough of the uniform drama and is leaving AA:

That's too bad. Those of us from LUS remember Fern from Dividend Miles. He did good work there and built one of the better legacy FFPs. In spite of the areas where US was behind the other legacy carriers, Dividend Miles stood out as a gem. I had the opportunity to speak with Fern during a Star Mega Do and got the impression that he was the architect of a lot of positive initiatives from a passenger point of view. Sorry to see him go.

Actually, he was responsible for a fair amount of the drama.

I guess I could/should have added a "IMHO" to that statement.

As VP of Global Marketing, wasn't he the executive who kept telling us how great the meal downgrades were in late 2014?

Looks like AA is dropping the Twin Hill contract and shopping for a new supplier:

Was behind an FA and a pilot at TSA in TPA recently. The pilot was noting that he's been buying his own uniform shirts because the AA supplied one wore out and lost buttons very quickly. It sounded like the FA had experienced a number of the health issues.

Getting staff to buy their own uniform is one way to save cash
