New routes starting? Old routes going away? Major frequency changes? Hubs getting downsized? LIT build-up with A380's? Cross-fleeting? Havana going on sale?

Glad I waited to call on a schedule change a couple of weeks ago, since I'm certain I'll have to call after this one.

I'd expect to see more cross-fleeting start to creep into the schedule.

LIT is strictly a 772 market.

Major changes in March 2016 which lead to the worst operation possible for summer 2016 and now more changes....do we know more details?

It'll be interesting to see if any of the LUS hubs take it in the bag.

My guesses:

Back to rolling schedules at LAX, DFW and ORD.

Maybe scaling back some seasonal and non seasonal european flights from PHL and CLT.

There already seems to be some cross fleeting now, perhaps more 738 in clt and phl and LUS A321 at DFW and ORD.

Thanks, as always, Jon! Fingers crossed this will lead to at least a few misconnects with more advantageous rebooking options.

There's been rumblings that PHX is going to become a 738 pilot base and crossfleeting on certain routes with the 738 is already taking place. I wouldn't be shocked at all to see a number of narrowbody Airbus routes out of PHX go 738. Obviously that means those Airbuses(Airbi?) will have to go somewhere else, probably to one of the LAA hubs.

Thanks Jon for the heads' up!

I predict:

1) DFW hub moves to Armadillo (AMA). A350 service Armadillo-HKG ensues.

2) PHL international service moves to JFK.

And with the (presumably predominantly LUS-crewed) Airbi, hopefully a higher PDB liklihood coming to a LAA hub near you!
