The customize guac is in Miami D30 next to the area where they sell the pre-made salads and sandwiches. Also spotted at CLT D AC in the open seating area just outside the bar. The gents making the guac are super nice and very appreciative of tips. I did notice that the serving size in CLT was about half what it was in MIA.

Had in both JFK and DCA clubs last week. It's really such an odd food option, and the guacamole itself isnt what I'd call good. There also seems to be no standardization of portion size but a lot of folks seemed to have the problem that I did: nowhere near enough chips for the amount of guac given. I ended up using pita chips, some people cut the line to ask for more tortilla chips.

Ditto. When I chatted with the gent making the guac a few weeks ago, he seemed to indicate that it was only at the pmAA lounge at this time.

My take: it's not flavors that are universally enjoyed, the poor quality of the avocado base makes it something not super tasty, and once the novelty wears off it's not something popular to repeat guests. It also takes up space , even without a line, and the clubs often lack space as is.
Given the labor cost, I think it would be better spent to upgrade the food offerings to be on par with Delta and United. Some real bagels instead of the stuff AA has at breakfast, fresh salad like UA or DL, etc.

No problem you don't see the need, but listing to others you should get the sense that there are others that do. Any positives adds even if they aren't my cup of tea I still look at has a Positive add. Kudos AA
