I got the email about the promo and, when I tried to register, "The AAdvantage number entered is not eligible for this promotion. Check out Airline Offers for other promotions."

I am also being told I am not eligible for this promotion...need to get that extra free miles since I have a J ticket to TLV via LHR in early June.

Me too, obviously a computer glitch.

I have emailed AAdvantage Customer "Service" (!?)to be registered manually by them since my trip is today.

They fixed it, so try again if you had a problem.

Try again - I was initially getting the error message and 30 minutes later it worked.
