What are some good redemptions that I can do before the devaluation. Based at SFO

Off-peak Economy-class roundtrip to Europe or deep South America (SA 2) for 40K miles. But don't dawdle: the devaluation takes effect in just a few hours!

Off-peak Europe doesn't increase by that much (from 40k to 45k roundtrip). Deep SA is a bit more urgent. Or if OP really, really wants to try F in the transcon A321, now's definitely the time!

Off-peak economy to Europe, South America, or Asia is what I would do personally.

While off-peak awards to Europe will cost only 5k more for a roundtrip, the off-peak period will shrink substantially.
