Let's hope things begin to improve and if not we continue to press the FA's to follow company policy.

So there you have it.

@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG No #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Full #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Limited #PDBServed

This allows all PDB service to be posted, good, bad, and otherwise. This should show AA that we feel this is a desired service. Maybe if someone gets energetic, a summary post could be done, maybe weekly?

I [left]FAs busy with their own beverages so no PDB today. Plane was also very warm. Poorly ventilated. At least decent legroom if first
First flight on AA in many years. I remember why...

Failed PDB: 5/24 6:30AM JFK-CLT, sitting aisle, last row in F. Eventually FA asked if I would like a PDB, I replied, "water no ice please". Was given napkin on drink table, but FA never came back with my water. Row next to me got their PDBs.

Now, in fairness, she only asked me if I wanted a drink, she never claimed she would fulfill that wish, only acknowledged that I wanted one.

And who served that food........the pilots?

I thought all of the Legacy AA flight attendants were furious with Tom Horton and his management team. They certainly could not wait to jump into bed with Doug Parker, and sign those generous contracts.

Where's that love and admiration now? Why is everyone so unhappy once they put on those new uniforms? Come on out of that galley, y'all.......it won't kill you to perform your job instead of just collecting a paycheck.

If you can play "carnival barker" and solicit credit card applications, you can serve F passengers a drink and provide the service per established policy.

So sAAd.
