Let's hope things begin to improve and if not we continue to press the FA's to follow company policy.

@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG No #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Full #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Limited #PDBServed

This allows all PDB service to be posted, good, bad, and otherwise. This should show AA that we feel this is a desired service. Maybe if someone gets energetic, a summary post could be done, maybe weekly?

11/6 AA298 HNL-LAX Water, OJ and bubbles offered after everyone had boarded and we were still 15 mins before departure time. Service in the air was good, but I was driving on the other side, so didn't partake as much as I would have liked!

Sat 4 November AA277 DFW-DEN Only water offered on a tray
Sat 11 November AA1505 ONT-DFW Nothing at all offered despite a nice leisurely boarding

Poor show for my last two AA domestic flights of the year.

11/10 AA 2212 RDU-DFW 737-800: Full PDB ^^
11/10 AA 2496 DFW-LAX A-321: Full PDB ^^
11/12 AA 1595 LAX-RDU 737-800: No PDB. I'm sure they'll just blame the Listeria outbreak like they're doing for every other issue out of LAX

Nov 10 CLT-IAH LUS Full PDB
Nov 10 DFW-SEA LAA No PDB, but good service otherwise
Nov 13 SEA-PHX LAA Full PDB
Nov 13 DFW-CLT LUS Full PDB

My upgrades on the flights to DFW didn't clear in either direction, so not sure what happened then. Service in back on IAH-DFW was water and juice only.

11/12 AA2386 IAH-DFW LAA MD-80 - No PDB. Boarding started early and finished at T-10 minutes. It was one of those flights where could tell there wasn't going to be any PDB right upon boarding...

11/12 AA3396 DFW-SHV Envoy E175 - Full PDB.

10 NOV AA342 ORD-MIA 772 1/2 Full PDB 1/2 Tray of water/OJ
One FA provided full PDB service to his aisle, the other only a tray of water and OJ to hers. Of course, I was on her aisle. It was ridiculous to see the difference in service from aisle to aisle.

Last minute water/OJ tray service..
1 hour into the flight the beverage service still hasn't started (there's been a conversation going on between the flight attendants till now).

Here is the scorecard from a number of internal flights completed in November:-

11/1: PHL-FLL Full PDB (LUS).
11/4: FLL-CLT Full PDB (LUS).
11/4: CLT-SAN Full PDB (LUS). Excellent service in general on this flight.
11/7: SAN-DFW Full PDB (LUS route?)
11/7: DFW-MIA Nothing (LAA). The crew were totally determined to serve nothing, despite plenty of time to do so.
11/11: FLL-ORD - (LAA). A choice of two drinks, advertised as water with ice, or water with no ice! Decisions, decisions...
