Let's hope things begin to improve and if not we continue to press the FA's to follow company policy.

So there you have it.

@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG No #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Full #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Limited #PDBServed

This allows all PDB service to be posted, good, bad, and otherwise. This should show AA that we feel this is a desired service. Maybe if someone gets energetic, a summary post could be done, maybe weekly?

1/7 ORD-DFW 328: Kindergarten Tray
1/10 ORD-MSP 1398: Full bar (as viewed from Y)
1/11 MSP-ORD 1237: Full bar

Update
1/14 ORD-MIA 1277: Kindergarten tray right before the "secure the cabin for departure" announcement. No jackets taken up. They did manage to push the credit card, complete with parading the application down the aisle, right when we hit 10,000 feet.

AA634 PHX-ONT ... No PDB, 30 minutes waiting for pushback, FA stood up front jaw jacking. Would have been nice to have one after a long day and a delayed flight. FA even has his apron on.

Maybe on smaller aircraft they should board first class early and get them the drinks so they don’t block the isle. Really I have flown first class you can’t wait for a drink later.

AA already does board F early... it’s called Group 1

Anyways, AA1259 // 19JAN19 // BOS->MIA // B737 MAX

plenty of ice pounding/hammering to deliver OJ and H20 with latex gloves.

1/21 / AA1698 / MIA -> CLT / A321

Full PDB, which while appreciated, in no way makes up for the three hour delay now awaiting me in CLT.

1/21 / AA1853 / CLT->BOS / A321

Fortunate to make it out of MIA after nonstop cancelled. Even better, PDB offered by FA in a retro red sweater from the PMAA days.
