Let's hope things begin to improve and if not we continue to press the FA's to follow company policy.

So there you have it.

@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG No #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Full #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Limited #PDBServed

This allows all PDB service to be posted, good, bad, and otherwise. This should show AA that we feel this is a desired service. Maybe if someone gets energetic, a summary post could be done, maybe weekly?

4 for 4 this week on PDB with crews from PHX, ORD, DFW, and MIA. This morning the ORD crew was serving bloody mary's to those who asked.

And on flight 5 with a CLT crew with no upgrade, they greeted me by name in Y and wanted to know my food/drink order.

May my luck continue on the transpac next week!

11/17 AA6059 SJC - LAX : no PDB at all, although the FA did take orders for airborne drinks (and then told us there was no white wine once we were in the air)
11/18 AA1366 LAX - LAS: full PDB from an excellent pair of FAs and the in-flight service was excellent too.

AA 5656 BGR-DCA 5:13pm (PSA, CR7)
Front (female) FA is hiding during boarding
Rear (male) FA does count, chats to GA as boarding ends

Male asks Female whether she's doing predeparture drinks. "I do... I usually do... not today though. Today is kind of a long day," she says.

"I hear ya. I won't report you," says Male.

"I know, I don't think the passengers will either. Some of them might, I hope not."

Obviously no PDB. Not even a walk through the 3-row aisle to take coats (which people obviously have, it's Maine). Female opens coat closet to hang her own coat and closes it again, all without even looking towards the passengers.

Will report this on aa.com instead of the usual friendly "by the way no pdb today" tweet. These FAs need to go. I am sure there are plenty of folks who would happily take the jobs.

Full PDB
Excellent FA named Martha providing service in 1st.
Martha went around and introduced herself to everyone in the cabin, asked how I preferred to be addressed, and called me by my name every time she interacted with me. She also fawned over the CK next to me, so I’m sure he felt appreciated.

Surprise! 4 for 4 this past week. All full PDB
11/21- MIA-DFW 2575 -772 (MIA based) Very attentive crew, to bad half the J passengers slept during this 7am flight
11/21- DFW-LAS 1401 -32B Crew was nothing to write home about, in other words - normal for AA.
11/25- LAS-DFW 2599 -32B F/A was always in a constant rush, for what reason I could never determine.
11/25- DFW-MIA 2720 - 738; LAX based. Note: 3 times F/A held up boarding to serve drinks. That's a rarity that I seldom see. Good thing my seat belt was fasten.

when I get that response, I ask "oh that's too bad...when did the policy change ?" It doesn't get me a PDB and I doubt they care, but it does let them know that I know they're not doing their job. Not that they care.
