Let's hope things begin to improve and if not we continue to press the FA's to follow company policy.

So there you have it.

@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG No #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Full #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Limited #PDBServed

This allows all PDB service to be posted, good, bad, and otherwise. This should show AA that we feel this is a desired service. Maybe if someone gets energetic, a summary post could be done, maybe weekly?

That's a good thing.

Always nice for everyone to tell about their experience about PDB. Providing it or not defines how good your crew is, which is especially important as service at AA is getting lazier. It's these small touches that make the flight better.

LAX-PHX A321
PHX-PVR A321 (I think I even got a double as a PDB with an extra Tito’s given)

Full PDB happily offered from presumably LUS crews based on where they are based.

Vacation time!

AA 1320 RDU-DFW MD-80: Full PDB despite a 20 minute delayed boarding!
AA 1080 DFW-ORD 787-8: Water or OJ only. Pretty pathetic as we boarded through 2L and I was in row 3 to the left of that but whatever.

PHX-LAX LUS A321 - PDB of choice!
LAX-HNL - LAA A321H - PDB of choice including a customized Mai Tai the FA came up with. Her service was awesome throughout the flight and earned her an AAplause certificate.
HNL-LAX - LAA A321H - NO PDB AGAIN on this route from the lAAzy crew.
PHX-DEN - LUS A321- PDB of choice from the FA who specifically sought out and thanked Executive Platinums for their loyalty to the "new American."
