Let's hope things begin to improve and if not we continue to press the FA's to follow company policy.

So there you have it.

@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG No #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Full #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Limited #PDBServed

This allows all PDB service to be posted, good, bad, and otherwise. This should show AA that we feel this is a desired service. Maybe if someone gets energetic, a summary post could be done, maybe weekly?

DFW-DEN - LUS A321- NO PDB. Awesome lead FA apologized profusely as catering didn't show up until 12 minutes prior to scheduled departure.

Oh yeah. They have been for quite some time now. They're intermixed with LAA aircraft. And the legacy US garbage A319's are doing LAX-DEN now instead of the beautiful E-175's.

26-NOV-2017 AA2334 ORD-DFW LAA A321 with AVOD - witnessed a full PDB service from the bulkhead row of Y. Kept hoping they'd "forget" that the bulkhead row wasn't part of F.
26-NOV-2017 AA3376 DFW-SHV Envoy E175 - Full PDB. Excellent service in the air.

29-NOV-2017 AA92 DFW-YYZ MD80 (ancient)

No PDB whatsoever.
Flown this route many times and always had PDB offered.

P.S. Crew on this flight were a bit harsh and not overly friendly or nice. Very strange.
