Meaning of RSD, CSD, IRD acronyms?

I have seen these acronyms in a few posts (mainly RSD). Does anyone who works for AA know what they stand for?

RSD is resolutions desk.

IRD was essentially intl RSD but there is no domestic RSD anymore.

CSD was the US Air equivalent.

is my understanding, anyway.
