13 Apr 2020: AAdvantage extends CK status is extended automatically until Jan 31, 2022.
"The ConciergeKey Program is an exclusive program that American Airlines has for our very top customers. This is by invitation only and a very exclusive club." (Billy Sanez for AA)
ConciergeKey Services are provided to a select group of VIPs to facilitate travel on AA. The program is offered on an invitation basis only and is targeted at customers who control travel policy for large organizations. Customers who generate a high amount of revenue for AA may also be invited into this program (possibly those who spend upwards of US$60k a year on travel with AA).
Services provided include airport escorts and pre-boarding (seems variable, more likely during OSO?); assistance with flight changes, seat changes, and upgrade requests via their own dedicated telephone line. In addition, there is the ability to communicate directly with ConciergeKey associates via a dedicated email address. ConciergeKeySM representatives will also monitor day of travel of ConciergeKey members and will proactively reroute or rebook travel when necessary. ConciergeKey status allows check-in at First Class counters, as well as access to elite lines through security at certain airports. Miles and copay upgrades with copay waived.
ConciergeKey is now a distinct elite tier, above Executive Platinum. ConciergeKey benefits include membership to the Admirals Club, international miles upgrades with copayment waived, as well as two additional System-Wide Upgrades (SWU's) as part of CK membership.
CK members have access to Flagship Check-in on any flight, and CK will have Flagship Lounge access when flying a OneWorld airline.
As of 1 Jan 2017, Concierge Key members have upgrade requests prioritized over all other tiers: CK members have an upgrade window of (up to) 120 hours (Executive Platinum member's will retain the 100 hour upgrade window). CK members will board ahead of other passengers.
Regarding Concierge Key tier benefits coming in 2017, please see: New Concierge Key Benefits for 2017: New CK Elite Status Tier
Please: do respect members' privacy by refraining from asking for overly personal information and details relating to ConciergeKey membership or nomination. If your question receives no response, consider the member chooses not to reply, as is his/her right.
Boarding Area's AAdvantageGeek's blog shows the card and documents here.

I combined all of our discussion points that we have so far below. I changed the wording on some of them to make seem like we are talking to AA. I also attached a word document with the same.
I combine all of our discussion points below. I changed the wording on some the ones that were posted to make the read as if we were talking to AA:
Flagship First Dining Certificate Expiration Date is 4/30. Seems like an odd number, many CKs would like it extended.
Consistence Service levels on the airplane:
o Pre-departure beverage
o If meal pre-order function is not brought back for non-Flagship routes anytime soon then CKs/EXP receive first choice of food on domestic. This is rarely done.
o Often, no addressing by name or recognition of value to AA by FA, while this is not necessary, it does display a level of service.
o Some FAs still sit and play with their phone, watch a movie during flights, while others are constantly making sure the FC passengers are taken care of.
o Generally, CKs are treated with care and smiles on the ground, but on the planes, it's mostly surly (or indifferent / haphazard) service. We recommend implement a service training class (like United did) that teaches the FAs how to be more hospitable and less confrontational.
Consistence Service level at the Gate:
o Calling CK with group 1. As a CK, you always stand off to the side in case a Premium Passenger Agent is there to check you in. Then that leaves you in an awkward position if there is no CK agent and the GA calls CKs and Group 1 at the same time. You cant stand in the lane as wheelchairs and other priority passengers have already started lining up when you arrive.
CLT Admiral Club situation is bad. Its not even worth it CLT based passengers to get to the airport early.
SWU:
o Easier SWU availability for CK (at time of booking), or
o Online tools to help find SWU availability easier.
Similar to United GS... 1) Saver award companion ticket when paired with paid business class, and/or 2) pull saver awards from a different bucket to provide additional award inventory for CK (dave_261 suggestion, Im not sure I fully understand this one)
Some find the Oasis seating to be uncomfortable.
The 75k cap on AA miles for a RT flights but is very annoying
Lifetime status - the highest being Plat is not competitive in the industry. It would be so easy to set a mileage and/or number of years. (i.e. 3 million miles and 10 years of EP and you have lifetime EP 5 million miles and CK you get CK for life. Something along those lines).
Copy DL allowing you to use points in the lounge. Heck being able to buy FFD passes would be nice or make them a threshold gift.
If a CK has a paid F ticket and want to do a same day switch to another flight and there is F space on that flight - book them directly in to it. It seems so wrong to process all upgrades before anyone with a paid F ticket let alone a CK.

Delta just dumped their 75,000 mileage-earning cap. I bet AA will follow. And the CK event hasn't even happened yet!

Obviously not a CK, but I do have one suggestion since the topic of the crappy Oasis seats has been brought up... Bringing back, or at least stopping the removal of, seatback screens! Flew B6 a few weeks ago on a transcon and basically every passenger was watching a movie or using the screen for some reason or another. I think the general sentiment of AA frequent fliers, despite AAs protests, is passengers would rather watch a movie on the seatback screen. Maybe they'll listen to you guys. Thanks for advocating for the flyertalk community!

Wonderful time @ CK Mingle.
I had a wonderful time at the mingle. Met many wonderful people and had a great long conversation with Alison regarding our experiences. She was very engaging and it was a 100% positive experience. Thank you AA for the event.

Alison was so open and welcoming and everyone needs to thank robertablake for his willingness to print out and share with her FT's group commentary. So fun seeing you all at the event!

I did as well. Appreciative for the opportunity to finally reunite with fellow CKs. I was also able to provide some pointed feedback to the various AA folks in attendance. Hopefully we all brought some unanimous points of view on areas for improvement!
