VIP Connection services at MIA?

I have a friend who is flying through MIA (connecting on AA from domestic to international and back). She is NOT flying in business or first. Does anyone know of a service that would meet her at the gate, escort her through formalities, etc and take her to the next gate? Has anyone heard of http://assist-ant.com/?
Thanks

I tried that - it is only available to first/business class passengers so not applicable in my case.

I just noted the wording there. Did you try calling them? I wonder if it's a new thing, always thought it was available to everyone...

I did call them and they confirmed it. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Are there any outside companies by the seventh? Does anyone have experience with the company I linked to above?
