AA v. Google Flights Pricing

If Google Flights gives you a price and link to AA for booking, but at AA's website, the price has gone up, are there any tips for getting the Google Flights price?

Google Flights doesn't always have the most up-to-date pricing information. I've run into that issue a few times with no luck.

Find another service that's also using an old cache. Orbitz has worked for me to replicate ITA Matrix pricing not offered by aa.com or delta.com. But try immediately, not hours later.
