What does "BOB Flight" mean?

I was watching a gate agent change my itinerary, and saw a message that popped up that said something to the effect that my flight was a "BOB Flight". I didn't catch the rest of the message for context. Does anyone know what this means?

Buy onboard in coach. Snacks, maybe (very) light meals.

FlyerTalk has a fairly extensive glossary here (Help, Glossary in the top menu), which says "BOB - Meals and snacks that you may Buy On Board". It's really handy, IMO.

No worries. It's easy to overlook or forget it - until it's needed. Fortunately, it has been expanded this year.
