Transferring AA Miles to Hilton? SPG?
Excuse me if this was already discussed somewhere, but a simple search didn't draw any results. I have about 25,000 points with AA right now that are about to expire (Diamond with DL, rarely fly AA). I know I could do something to extend my miles, but I'd probably rather just transfer them to another program I'd actually use them. Seems like there used to be a way to easily transfer to HH, but I couldn't figure out how to do that.

You cannot transfer AA miles to Hilton.

You can't transfer them but you can use them to book a hotel room. However to get any Hilton room would likely cost more than 25,000 miles. This would require you to buy some miles - which would then extend the lifetime of your points...
