For discussion about the lack of a Flagship Lounge at DFW, see Why is there no Flagship Lounge / FL at DFW? (consolidated)
Background: The DFW international terminal was previously Terminal A. The A Admirals Club offered both an Arrivals Lounge and a Flagship Lounge. These were closed after 11 September 2001; when the decision to make terminal D the c new in terminal, AA chose to build an expanded Admirals Club and omit both Flagship and Arrivals lounges. There is an AMEX Centurion lounge, and there are The Lounge at DFW and several contract lounges serving several airlines' passengers.
At DFW-A, the old Flagship Lounge still exists and is used for an occasional function or NR passenger; the old Arrivals Lounge is still there, and though no longer in service it's showers -arguably the most spacious and luxurious in the AA system - and small gym remain for knowing passenger's or member's use. Look for these facilities on your immediate left (FL) and right (AL) as you exit the elevators on the second (Club) floor.

If by FLD you mean "Dining" the answer is that you yourself will not be admitted, let alone a guest. Your flight must have been both marketed and operated by AA. Here are the rules laid out in simplified form:

CX has a deal with AA that allows CX F pax entry to FFD at JFK.

As stated by SFO777, Flagship Dining at JFK is open to you if you’re flying out on CX First by arrangement with Cathay. However, guests who do not meet entry criteria on their own will not be admitted to FSD.

Flagship Dinning MIA no longer open for breakfast
Just arrived at MIA. Starting today May 25th, the Flagship Dinning will no longer be open for breakfast, only lucnh and dinner. This change is not on AA.com.
This is not a good news for MIA Flagshipp dinning. As most of the F seats on flights to deep South America are Non-ve I'm guessing that very few people actually use this loungue.

That's odd. I would think they would close for lunch vs. breakfast, as the F seats are mostly all arriving in the morning and departing in the evening.

Looking to confirm whether or not I'll have access to Flagship Dining at JFK given the following situation.
Flying LHR-JFK on AA in F. Connecting to JFK-BOS on AA in J. It's my understanding I'd have access under these conditions, correct?
Shame flying AA F doesn't grant CCR access at LHR, though.

Forgive me if this isn't the BEST place to ask, but I'm curious considering I haven't used transcon 3 class or flagship lounges in the past.
I'm flying BOS->JFK->LAX->LAS in F in October (including F on the three class cabin JFK->LAX). The JFK->LAX segment leaves at 5pm. I have several hours of layover in JFK and in LAX. Obviously, three meals in 8 hours is a bit much, but I'd like to experience the best of the product, as I rarely fly ex JFK or LAX. Would you recommend FFD in JFK + the cabin meal service, FFD in JFK + FFD in LAX, or skip FFD entirely in favor of the cabin service?

I'll check out the CX lounge, though I've been to Pier F in HKG several times. As long as it's better than the CX lounges in CDG, HND, MNL and PEK (especially), I'll be happy.
