Best method to track EQP
 
Other than keeping and updating my own spreadsheet, is there any better way to keep track of the EQP's and tie them to flight activities? Thanks.

Given the historic consensus here and in other places frequent flyer related, the only improvement to your stated plan would be to convince your partner/secretary/teenager (etc) to do it for you. :D
