Worst Admirals Club lounge?

I was in the PHL a couple of weeks ago and stopped by the Admirals Club in Terminal A (east I believe). It was the worst one I have visited to date. Requiring a walk downstairs below the concourse level, no windows, and a lot of noise coming from doors that seemingly lead out to the tarmac. I was a bit surprised when I saw a mouse run across the floor. There were only a handful of people in the club so I guess the one benefit was that it was not crowded.

It got me thinking, in your view, what is the worst Admirals Club out there?

Seriously disagree. The ORD AC is one of the best in the system IMO.

Ignoring the ex-US Airways clubs, I'd have to say the worst is MIA. It's always terribly crowded, it's poorly kept / in need of refurbishment too.

I love ORD-G now with the renovation.

I last used SFO a few years ago (it may now have been re-modeled); it was very small and super crowded.

Worst Admirals Club lounge?

I'd put my vote to SJU being in the worst shape in the system (both AA and US side)

Also, at PHL, you have several larger and nicer US lounges to choose from if you don't need an AA agent, A west is quite the hike but if you have the time.

I was at SCL this time last year (not sure if it's been updated) and that was pretty old/outdated. My family said the furniture reminded them of the Golden Girls lol. What made up for the decor was the proactive service (I got an email from the club prior to my flt telling me my original routing had a cxld flt and they already rebooked me via DFW) and the pour your own booze and self service food

Yes.--that doesn't resemble the lounge I (last) visited!

(But, AMEX has now opened a Centurion Lounge in SFO...)

I liked my time in SJU - probably because it was near empty. I'll nominate DCA and MIA for worst due to overcrowding. MIA is especially a pain, plus the restrooms couldn't be in any more of an inconvenient spot way back in the corner.

Indeed. Probably one of the nicest AC's I've visited.

Agree on this. Also the one time I was there, I walked in about 20 minutes prior to boarding for the final flight of the day and they had already packed up all the drinks and I had to literally grab bits of food off trays they were in the process of taking away.

From the ones I've visited Toronto was the worst. Small, little food offering.

If we could the US Lounges, all the PHX lounges are pretty tiny, cramped and with little on offer

Worst? All compared to the Centurion Lounges at SFO, DFW, LAS, LGA (soon MIA).

SFO currently requires dual TSA-crossings but it seems that there should be an airside connection (currently there is an inside landside connection) within a year timeframe based on what I'm told.

Cheers.

I find the Centurion Lounges I've stopped by lately to be too crowded. Last two times I stopped by @ DFW there were zero available seats. LAS was better - probably because there are limited connections there.
