Alaska Airlines Board Room Alaska Lounge Access for Admirals Club Members

Admirals Club / AC members' access to Alaska Airlines / AS Board Room (consolidated)

The Admiral's Club website has now been updated to reflect new access rules for AC members to Alaska Airlines' Board Rooms, just in time for American Airlines' move into LAX terminal 6.

At clubs in Anchorage, Portland and Seattle, it is no longer necessary to be travelling on an AA-marketed/operated flight, you can also be flying on an Alaska Airlines flight.

The Los Angeles Board Room, previously excluded from the reciprocity, also now allows AC members access when flying US/AA/AS.

Further, and exclusive only to the LAX club, regular lounge access rules for premium cabins and elite status apply. Emerald and Sapphire members on travelling on international itineraries or anybody travelling in first/business class on an international itinerary and to/from MIA and JFK has access.

Any chance this includes access to the Cathay lounge at SFO (which Board Room members get)?

Great news!

Too bad I don't make it out that way much. I really enjoy the free chili and decent beer.

SFO is already a part of the OneWorld agreement. So OWE and OWS travelling on an international itinerary will have access. I doubt they will extend it

Hopefully sooner than later AA can expand lounge access for AS boardroom members

The lovely staff at the SEA Board Room just notified me of the change when I checked in before my flight to MIA tonight. Glad the AA flight requirement is no longer necessary, considering how often I fly Alaska. One of the few positive changes of the past few months with AA :)

If I access AC's with my BA Silver (OWS) will that also get me into the Board Room?

Great news indeed!

3 unique (well I guess 4 including Qantas flyers in TBIT) environments for AC members in LAX. Wow.

Excellent news! I fly pure AS trips several times per year, so this is a big improvement.

Curious to know if this works with the Citi Executive card as well?

Its suppose to be a full membership but no AC card so I would assume it works.

The Citi Executive card includes an Admiral Club membership therefore I am certain that it will work.
