Awards book into P (First Class), U (Business Class) and X (Economy Class). Awards do not incur "YQ" fees; MH now seems to be releasing F award seats to AA (post #173).

Use the Search Feature - link to this guideline
Before starting a thread, use the search feature to see if there's a recent thread on your topic. Many questions come up repeatedly on FlyerTalk. If you're wondering about a specific Hilton property in Chicago, for example, there's a good chance a thread - or 10 - already exists. The search link is located in the navigation menu near the top of the Forums page. Keeping information on the same topic confined to as few threads as possible helps members quickly find the information they need.

Looks like F awards might be available after all!

Called EXP desk this morning looking for 2 seats CDG-KUL in January 2014. I wasn't expecting the option of F so asked about J. Agent said that F and J were available so I have 2 F seats on hold. PNR shows 'Fare Class P - First'

I should be confirming this later today so will report back.

EDIT: Itinerary confirmed with PNR showing 'Ticketed' including seat assignment in F cabin on A380.

As a follow up, my 2/28 trip posted on 3/8/2013.

GREAT NEWS

I am seeing it on BA.com too. Generally wide open in F. Seeing many dates with F4 on the A380 LHR-KUL

Have you received a ticket number? You are not actually "ticketed" until you have.

Same for CDG-KUL.
That's great news indeed. Although... conventional wisdom says that redeeming miles for int'l F is the best use of miles. But I find current premium cabin fares on MH's A380 routes really reasonable. CDG-KUL-HKT and return for 2k Euros in J or 3k Euros in F definitely is a good value in my book. So I went, bought a revenue ticket and saved the miles for another time...

Did F availability on the A380 disappear again? I've been searching all next week, CDG/LHR-KUL and I'm not getting anything outside of economy or business.

I have confirmation on seats in First

Hi All;

Have seat allocations & ticket numbers; from KUL to CDG, however unable to score them for the LHR or CDG to KUL sectors, so going Business Class in that direction.

Same, but I'm looking relatively close-in - July timeframe. I think some of the success stories were for next calendar year. I've not tested looking further out.

This is getting frustrating now !!! Flights on 2/28, 3/6, 3/16 have ALL credited to my Enrich account and NOT my AA account even though I told them to input the number at checkin. My AA number shows on my ticket stub too !

Another trip to KL Sentral to get this sorted out !!!

I just happened to look on ba.com and there's decent F availability LHR-KUL in Jan/Feb 2014. I didn't check anything else.

I just booked F KUL-LHR today for a flight this Saturday 23MAR13. I hope I didn't make a mistake, I had CX CGK-HKG-LHR in C, and changed it to F on the A380. I can't find a trip report anywhere online (a decent one at least), for any MH F A380. If anyone can point me to one, would really appreciate it.
