Only drawback was that the IFE screen wasn't very stable, and had to prop it up with my knee when watching a film. If you're going to use your laptop (as my seatmate did), then I do recommend row 20.
that's very interesting - thanks for sharing! the pair seats on row 20 are both taken, do you recall if the 4 middle seats could do the same where you could put your stuff underneath premium economy?

Yes, if I remember correctly it's about the same. Legroom might be slightly less than the pairs, but it would be a marginal reduction compared to 20A/C and still huge anyway.
Worth checking on expertflyer if the pairs are actually occupied or just blocked. In my case they were blocked up until T-20 or so, then were opened up.

Yes, I think that's why it only became available so late. No babies on my flight last month.

good thinking - just checked and both pairs are blocked at the moment. Did you think that the seat was noticeably narrower?

Will be doing at exam at T-20 so hopefully one of the seats will still be there when I'm done! cheers

The seats all looked exactly the same in terms of width. Be persistent. I checked the AA app frequently from roughly T-48.

777-300ER Seat Layout

I'm on an AA flight LAX to LON on a 777-300ER in May. The seat map shows that Row 21 seats 21K and 21L are together, and that there is no 21J (as three's a blank space there). However, SeatGuru and similar sites show all three seats (J,K, and L) The same apples to Row 21 on the other side of the plane, there's a 21A and B, but no C. Does anyone know which is correct?

Use the link below and populate the correct values for

flightNumber = AA flight number
departureMonth = 5 (for May)
departureDay = Date of travel
originAirport = LAX (Los Angeles)
destinationAirport = LHR (London Heathrow)
aircraft = 778 (777-300)

https://www.aa.com/seats/view?flight...R&aircraft=778

Using the above link, I see the Row 21 does not have a Seat C or J.

The outside sections of Row 20 and 21 have just 2 seats that are next to each other (A/C and J/K). If you scroll through the below master thread there are some pics.

SeatGuru has been getting it wrong for years. That site is beyond worthless.

SeatGuru appears to match AA’s seat map with only 2 seats for both Rows 20/21. Both C and J are blank.

I definitely agree that Aerolopa is a more reliable source, though.

Row 32

Are the armrests in row 32 fixed or can they be lifted?
