I doubt it's worth $59 per person but with the credit we would be paying $9 so assume it is a no-brainer. Or do we get access with our Flagship Business tickets anyway?
Thanks, but the thread bump caused me to read the whole short thread, and the mention of Ruby's at the airport (at least in 2011) reminded me the old one at the end of Huntington Beach Pier is closed

SNA 2023 Update (About the same as it's been)

Routine update.

It hasn't yet seen the updates AA promised this year but no surprise, it's a smaller club.

SNA doesn't have a lot of lounge options, There is a United Club backing the AA club that would seem to have the same footprint. A USO club is groundside, no Priority Pass.

View is of the United Gates, at sunset the sun will come right into the club head on.

AAngels very professional.

I actually love this admirals club.

I dont really think they need to renovate it, the place doenst get the wear and tear the other aa clubs get. Compared to most aa clubs this one is very nice just small but its in great condition. Its always quiet and the bar tenders are awesome. You never have to wait for a drink at all. The only weakness in my eyes is the bathroom. There is just one single stalled bathroom for everyone within the club. Its fine unless you hit a person who takes their time.

Maybe improved snacks would be nice, but i always find this club to be nice and adequate. Theres many many worse admirals clubs out there. Food is admirals club level not the elevated experience you get at a flagship lounge of course.

I agree with lunchtime. SNA's club is a nice, small club now that their elevator has finally been fixed after having to take the stairs for months. However, the single stall bathrooms can take 15+ min of wait time to use so plan ahead if your are watching your time as the club does get crowded especially when a large family or two enters the club. I got behind a woman with two kids and gave up getting to use the bathroom after 15 min. Ended up using the bathrooms downstairs due to the extended delay and for me, the use of the nicer bathrooms is the main reason I like the Admirals Clubs to begin with so just be aware of the limitations this small club has.

What are the typical food offerings in the club like? SNA is my home airport and I fly out 1-2 times a month for work. I'm currently a Delta flyer but will be switching to a combination of AS/AA in 2024 due to Delta's program changes. The F&B offerings at this club in particular will likely be a determining factor in whether or not I get the AA exec card for club access.

Have you ever been to an AA club? Its the regular spread. Its a very small AA club. If your joining for the food, you will probably be better off just buying food in the airport for quality. To me its more about the quieter space, Free beer, wine and coffee and a more private bathroom. This club literally has 1 very nice bathroom so the bathroom is great when open but can be busy.

The food is usually a soup, some salad, cheese, grapes carrots and ranch just basic snack foods for the most part. If you expect a meal and don't drink, use the money down in the airport

We all have different wants and needs, but don't forget the AAngels. They're #1 on my personal 'why I keep my AC membership' list.

And in my experiences, the SNA AAngels have always been top-notch!

Can't forget the snack towers of sadness. They're there not for the food - for the experience.

This video closely mimics the effort it takes to get trail mix of the savory mix from the towers:

You might be better off purchasing the AS Lounge Plus with includes AC in its membership. As stated by others up thread, AC food is meh, but the SNA club is really one of my favorites. I agree with everything thats been said about it, except the toilets, I rarely have to wait, and Im in there 3-4 a month at different times. You wont be disappointed.
