Notes about Giftcards.com:
- A separate thread exists for discussing Giftcards.com and likely has more data points than this generic thread.
- Purchases from giftcards.com earn miles on the first $2,000 spent in the named calendar month, meaning for example between March 1st and March 31st.
- Giftcards.com has had various limits over the years, and it was always by calendar month.
- Some data points show the $2,000 monthly limit is not always enforced.
- In 2022, larger orders track more slowly, and you may need to wait a full month to see miles.

According to an email I recently received, the VETERANSDAY code is only good for up to $1,500 worth of MasterCard gift cards.
Has anyone gone over that limit and still received the discount? If you don't log into a GC.com account, use different CCs to pay, and only purchase one $250 card at a time, how would they be able to track your total purchase amount?

Here's my data point...
Purchased a MC giftcard last night with the discount code. It's tracking on my "recent visits" page with the order number and (full) amount. I'm just waiting for it to transfer over to my "recent purchases" page. I'll probably do another one tonight. Even if somehow this falls through with the RDMs/LPs, I'm getting something for slightly greater value than what I actually paid for. More importantly, this is counting as a purchase on a credit card I recently opened up (where I need to meet a certain time-frame spend to get the SUB).
So. I'm good either way.
Oh... I almost forgot to mention it. But after I made the purchase, there was a pop-up which mentioned an upcoming "Black Friday" promo.

Proverbs 1:24-27
24But since you refuse to listen when I call and no one pays attention when I stretch out my hand,
25since you disregard all my advice and do not accept my rebuke,
26I in turn will laugh when disaster strikes you; I will mock when calamity overtakes you—
27when calamity overtakes you like a storm, when disaster sweeps over you like a whirlwind, when distress and trouble overwhelm you.

I have been having a ton of problems with this and it's a major PITA trying to figure out what the situation is. The best advice I've seen about it is to try changing IP addresses; I placed two orders with the exact same info adjacently but connected to my phone's hotspot instead of my home WiFi for the second, and that one worked but the first did not.

I am well over $1500 and discount is still applying properly. If you really read the fine print, it implies that the VETERANSDAY code is only for a single use, but that hasn't been an issue either. It's still working as of today, so maybe VETERANSWEEK would have been a better promo code...

I just got a $12 bonus from Amazon for adding a $250 GC to Amazon Reload. I've been away from reloading since giftcard.com dropped its payout to a stingy 1 LP. I had received the bonus once before when the LP system was introduced.
Fans of free money ought to give it a try. It's 'select users only', so ymmv.

Has anyone had any luck getting a Verizon autopay discount while paying with these debit giftcards? I’m thinking maybe prepay a bunch and then set up autopay to get the discount?

That said, set up normal autopay on a debit card and make one time payments using the GCs. You get the autopay discount still.
