LAX - JFK Flight 30 J Menu

Just a quick question.

Does anyone know what is served in J if anything on flight 30 from LAX - JFK or a source on where to check.

Flight Details indicate Snack or Brunch served.

Thanks in advance.

Last time I took this flight I was served warm nuts then a choice of a steak salad or a fruit and cheese plate.

Most passengers chose to skip the service and sleep.

This is considered a "midnight raid" service. The snack consists of a fruit and cheese plate, chilled salmon on a bed of greens, or a bowl of spinach/bean soup. For the month of November.

Just as skylady said, here's the November "Midnight Raid" menu from my last flight. I found that either the salmon or soup both hit the spot prior to a quick night of sleep.

To Start

Warm mixed nuts

Main Course

Grilled Salmon
marinated in a bloody mary mix, served chilled, over fresh seasonal greens with sour cream and herb dressing

Fruit and Cheese Plate
fresh muenster, cambazola, and goat cheese accompanied by juicy grapes and dried fruit

Soup
spinach and white bean soup topped with sliced smoked chicken

all entrees are served with a crusty French roll

I was in First on 18 ( SFO-JFK ) last month and same Midnight Raid menu as Business and sounded just like the one posted by Flyerbeek.

I have said it before and will say it again. We need posts similar to the ones on the United board to share our First and Business Class menus. Thoughts?

Blows UA's (lack of) options out of the water. UA on ps redeyes is fruit/cheese only...

Some of us might need you to say it a third time, this time in English.

Or we need a translator. That would be helpful too.

And perhaps grammar and punctuation checks?
