Invalid state error on aa.com
A few weeks ago, I viewed one of my reservations on www.aa.com. I may have opened it as a new browser window. Then I started getting an "Invalid state" error page when I tried to view my reservations.
This problem has persisted despite log-outs, new browser windows, computer restarts ... it has even persisted through an IE 7 upgrade and has been going on for weeks. Extremely annoying since I couldn't view seat assignments, request upgrades, or check-in online. I eventually had to download firefox so I could get to my reservations.
Anyone run across this problem before? I know this forum is not for tech support, but I don't know where else to ask. AA.com tech support is no help whatsoever.

Or stop trying to book in East Dakota, South Virginia or Whynotoming. All examples of invalid states.
And stop using IE -good general advice for the entire planet.
