Citi Reduced Mileage Award across quarters?
Can the reduced awards be booked to depart Q2 and return Q3 assuming the city is on both lists?

In a word; nope. When you make the booking, outbound and return both need to be completed by the end of the quarter. The fact that the same routing is available in the next quarter is of no consequence.

No they cannot because they are different codes. Even if the agent is sympathetic enough to do it, the system won't let them...
