Pricing policy if the website is down?
The AA site is currently down - if the site is down, what is AA's policy on extra fees for booking via the phoneline?

They will charge you double so they can pay to fix the site

I've booked a ticket before when the website was down during it's routine matinenance (Saturday night I believe). They waived the telephone booking fees.
