Where can I find my receipt/invoice for AAward ticket charges

I recently booked a last minute award ticket from DFW->LGA. We actually booked the ticket just a few hours before the trip, and we were very happy that there was availability (especially on a Friday).

When I purchased the award ticket online, I thought the total price was $130 (2 passengers). However, my AA credit card shows the following charges:

Award ticket- Passenger 1: $5
Award ticket- Passenger 2: $5
Reservation fee- $125
Reservation fee- $30

Total: $165

Does this make sense? If not, what is the proper number to call to correct this.

Is there an expedite fee for awards booked less than 21 days out? Did you get an e-mailed receipt? I'm not sure about award trips, I can't recall how much detail is shown - but once the trip is ticketed, it should show some totals online.

Expidite fee is waived for EXP only...

Travel ticketed 6 days to 2 hours† prior to departure $100.00 USD*

*Fees are per account and are nonrefundable. When multiple awards are claimed at the same time, each additional award is subject to a fee of $25.00 USD.

Effective August 24, 2005, a $15 USD fee applies to all AAdvantage award reservations ticketed by our reservations offices, Travel Centers or airport agents

More information at http://www.aa.com/content/AAdvantage...rvations.jhtml

While I do not get the exact breakdown that is charged, I get closer to the total .. $100 fee, $25 fee, $15 service charge plus the taxes ...

If the $15 is per person, and not just per reservation, the numbers work out. I didn't think it was, though.

Cheers.

I booked exclusively online, so there shouldn't be a $15.

Yes, I did get the email, but deleted it in haste (accident)...

I'll call the Plat desk today and try to get a copy of the receipt.

While you have them on the phone, you might as well review the charges.
