Concierge Key Membership

I'm being offered Concierge Key membership from AA

I did a search but didn't get any results

Can someone let me know if this is valuable?

Thanks

Heck yes it is valuable! They treat you like the real first class of the good old days. It is not something you can apply for. They pick you because you can send a lot of money or lobbying favors their way.

The OP is offered a level of service that is not available for the asking (only if invited) and is free (unless things have changed and AA is now selling it). Is it valuable? It's a little like Global Services at UA. Certainly can't hurt.

Search?
What search?
We don't need no stinkin' search!

To paraphrase Helen Whassername- don't look a gift horse in the mouth.

However- if you are traveling 70-80 times per year or only 1-2 times per year you will value it differently- as always YMMV.

I guess the fact I typed "Conceirge" was the problem!

Sounds like I should say "yes please"

Indeed you should. If I may be so bold to ask: what are your current flying patterns w/AA?

Minimal
I wasn't offered it based on my flying habits with AA

I've read the entire thread and still am not clear if CK includes free lounge access or do I have to still use my BA silver card for that?

CK is not about lounge access. You have your status for that. As a BA silver, you get Business Class lounge access whenever you are traveling on oneworld-marketed, oneworld-operated flights anywhere in the world. CK does not change that.

By any chance, are you a travel manager or VP or CEO or other executive at a large corporation? Or are you otherwise in a position to influence the travel purchasing decisions of others?

Or given your location in Washington, any chance you're reviewing anti trust immunity applications by day

Congratulations! Give us some feedback / experiences recount, if you care to, once you put it to work for you.

CK Useful!

I've been a CK member for the last 3 years. When it works, it's very useful: AA personnel meet me planeside on arrival at international destinations and walk me through the diplomatic channel at immigration; meet me at check-in on departure and escort me to the lounge, then pick me up at the lounge and walk me through outbound government checks; meet me on domestic connection arrivals and drive me to my connecting gate. Once one even drove me planeside across the tarmac at Heathrow to a connecting BA flight! The only problem is it's inconsistent -- sometimes they're there; sometimes not. On balance, a very good thing!
