Thumbs up 25th Anniversary 2,500 mile EXP giveaway

I enjoy reading this board and all the advice posted. Last week I called the EXP desk about a schedule change and at the end of the call was told that my account would be credited with 2,500 AAdvantage miles as I was the agent's 25th caller for that shift. Sure enough yesterday the miles posted to my account as a customer service bonus. They are crediting 2,500 miles to the 25th person to call each EXP agent per shift as a promotion for the 25th (silver?) anniversary of AAdvantage. But this is not something widely publicized as they don't want people calling over and over again to try to get the bonus (not like anyone here would do that, right ). Thanks AA!

So when are the shift changes?

(I'm ignoring the fact that I don't qualify for this particular promo )

OK, let me program my autodialer...

Thanks! I do have to call for a couple of things, but I have no idea what the shift change times are or the call tempos and volumes. "Do ya feel lucky, do ya, punk?"

Hope they're at least doing the same with kiosk check-in and/or online like JonNYC suggested a while back...
