AFS changes
Here is some wonderful information directly from the AA Food and Beverage AFS changes spreadsheet:
Brunch Service--Increase butter - 1.5 per person Here is even better: Brunch Service--we will continue to collect data. If the issue remains pervasive, we will replace fresh berries with fruit appetizer. The banana will remain. |

Here is some more on AFS lunch:
"1. Replace the Meatball Muffaletta sandwich w/Hot Roast beef sandwich that currently flies on Midnight Raid 2. Repace the Portobella Chicken Sandwhich with Grilled Barbecue Chix breast sandiwch 3. Replace the current salad on the sandwich plate with chips and a pickle spear 4. Increase beef portion from 3 oz to 4 oz and ensure compliance with slicing 5. We have addressed compliance issues with soup portion sizes - 2 foil cups per passenger" |
