web booking awards on Alaska
Any ideas on how to avoid the $15 phone booking fee for an award ticket on Alaska? I have the ticket on hold and can view the reservation online but I can't "purchase" it. The flight doesn't have a corresponding AA flight number. Ideas?

AFAIK, you can't book it without calling AA directly.
