Multiple promotions applying to the same trip
I did a search, but couldn't find anything relevant - so here goes...
Is it possible to combine multiple promos for the same flight? For example, San Antonio -> LAX there is a double miles promo, and at the same time, there is the well known 36k bonus miles promo to the west coast.

I don't see anything specifically in the T&Cs about it, but I wanted to see if anyone had prior experience with getting more than 1 promo applied.
Also, any experience nesting reservations (with the intent of getting even more promos)?
IE, SAT->LAX round trip. Nested inside there, LAX->DEN round trip. Will AA recognize this and combine the 2 trips?
