Thanks to everyone here....

Well, after years of never flying more than once or twice a year.....this past Friday night I hit executive platinum.

Most of that flying was made much easier by being able to read through everyone's experiences here, as well as kind answers to some of my silly questions.

Thanks a lot folks, you've made this a lot easier on me.

You only made EXP because you flew the required miles. No short cuts there. However, I am lifetime PLT due to all the help my FT brethren gave me over the years in acquiring bonus miles and even alerting me to the 2MM threshold for lifetime PLT, for which I am grateful. Happy holidays.

PDX.

But also TYR.

And also SHV.

There may be other cities claiming that title as well.
