mbtmsu, I followed Spiff's advice and included "original routing credit" and "involuntary reroute" in my message and gave the basic information - I was booked on AA xxx and due to (whatever your circumstances were - weather, etc.) was given an involuntary reroute on xxx. Nothing fancy.
