LAX - MIA/Return Service Looses a 763 and Adds a 738!
 
I was booking LAX - MIA travel on AA.com today and see that effective 15 Dec. AA is adding a flight per day in each direction between LAX and MIA. According to the timetable, they are replacing one of the two 763's with a 757 and adding a 738. The new daily coverage between those cities will be four 757's, one 763 and one 738. If you presently have 763 seat reservations for flights on 15 Dec. or later, you may wish to check the new schedule to see if yours was the 763 that disappeared!

Fortunately the two LAX-MIA flights I have booked already are before 12/15! Thanks for the heads up. ^

Most 763-300ER will be assigned to International over time. Backfill will be 757 or 738. The AA trickle down. AA only has 58 767-300ER. Not very many for an airline trying to expand their South America and Europe service. I guess that is why AA is now actually using 757 to Europe on some routes
