You have to email the author. The download page for it has the email address, and opening the program gives you a code to include in the email.

The complete list of AA booking classes can be found in "FewMiles' Unofficial Guide to AA": http://members.shaw.ca/fewmiles/AA/new/fares.html

The codes are available with the paid vs. free services with the exception of A that covers a variety of uses such as AONE, upgrades, discounted F, etc.

Unfortunately it does not (nor am I aware of any other Tool that does). For a listing of airlines, for which the Tool can currently show award/upgrade availability, pls refer to the KVS Tool FAQ: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showt...74#post2804874

Probably could have put this in your other thread
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=721843

on the same basic topic. Keeps all of the information in one place; easier to find.

Cheers.
