Booking AAward tix for someone else question
hi
i booked a milesaver aaward ticket for a friend on aa.com using my miles- we are meeting in miami and so i got her a ticket KIN-MIA and i'll fly there on a purchased ticket.
now i am wondering about something i went back and saw where it says "for Lat Am and Caribbean passengers, credit card must be shown"- of course my credit card paid the fees and taxes, and of course I won't be in KIN when she is flying to MIA (I'll be on a plane SFO-MIA at the same time)...
is there going to be a problem with this?
it is an e-ticket, but i am thinking maybe to send her to the ticket office in Kingston to get a paper ticket issued

No, there won't be a problem. That phrase is just to protect AA because credit card fraud is a major problem in certain areas. A mileage award ticket's fees are hardly worth being concerned about.
