call from AA(??) about upcoming flt. "change"

I just received a call from AA(??) (call center in UTAH(?)), that I should contact AA (immediately) re my flt. on August 21; the message had the right locator (but the machine "voice" made it difficult to understand).
I called EXP desk, all they could see was that I was upgraded (which I knew hours ago...even though I never got my email).
[My caller ID shows only UUU]
PS: the flt. was purchased using CITIBANK THANKYOU POINTS, through their booking center.

I received one of these over the weekend as well. You may have missed it, but the end of the call said to call the "C-I-T-I bank" travel center if you had any questions. They must only check them once a week or so, because the schedule change they were calling about was loaded in the prior weekend.
